Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an initiative or strategy a company adopts to assess and positively improve their effect on the environment and social wellbeing of the wider community. CSR is about striking a balance between business and societal interest by creating a cohesive society and sustainable global economy, where the labour, markets and communities can function better based on ethically correct business practices.

Manoj Re’s CSR Programme:

Every business can survive with or without CSR but with Manoj Re it has been decided to be a mandate policy to share 5% of the net profit for CSR activities. Every organisation’s primary goal is to generate profit and Manoj Re has the same goal but with the difference of voluntarily goes a step ahead by ensuring that we are giving back to the society for the wellbeing of many.

Manoj Re will focus on supporting Women and Children Welfare/Protection programs, Education for the poor and needy, Green Environment, Orphanages, Physically Disabled, Sports and helping Immigrant Workers.
