Thommy is a highly respected veteran with 40 years of experience in Reinsurance. He started with Qatar General Insurance and Reinsurance Co in 1980.
He was one of the founding employees of Trust Re Bahrain, holding the post of CUO and Head Marine & Energy. He ended his long 26 years of service in Trust Re as CEO, Trust Re Labuan. Thommy is a Marine and Energy, Retro Treaty expert, apart from his overall underwriting knowledge on all other lines.

Serajul is a highly respected veteran with 42 years of frontline experience in Insurance and Reinsurance. 22 years with Sadharan Bima Corporation, Bangladesh as Deputy General Manager – Reinsurance.
Later worked as Deputy Managing Director of Pragati Insurance Co and his last 12 years as Managing Director & CEO of Pioneer Insurance Co, under his leadership Pioneer Insurance Co achieved and retained the no.2 position in Bangladesh market. Serajul is a Treaty expert, apart from his expertise on Property and Engineering.
ZAGARIAH MANOJ

Manoj is a well-respected reinsurance broker with overall 20 years of experience in management and broking. Before founding Manoj Re, he worked at Protection Insurance Services, Bahrain for 17 years, held various lead positions in different departments and his last 10 years as Director Reinsurance (Protection Re).
He has a proven track-record of resolving complex claims, solving problems, and finding apt solutions on all reinsurance needs. He is well experienced in claim recoveries through negotiations and court litigations. His expertise are Treaty, Claims Management and Complex Risks.

Melodie comes with 12 years of overall experience in the field of reinsurance broking, sales, and administration. Prior joining to Manoj Re, she worked as Manager Reinsurance at Polaris Reinsurance Brokers, Philippines, and Head Facultative at Protection Re, Bahrain.
She has a proven track-record in high quality client service with 100% dedication. Her strong market connections, and her ability to resolve complex placements within demanding deadlines are her core strength. Her expertise is Marine and Speciality Lines apart from Property and Engineering.
LILIAN RIZK

Lilian R. Dakroub comes with +30 years of extensive experience in Corporate Management. Human Resource is her expertise, and she holds Certificate in Personnel Management from Chartered Institute of Personal & Development (CIPD). Prior to joining Manoj Re, Lilian worked in lead roles with Tamra Group, Daman Investments – Gargash Group and Future Insurance Broker Services L.L.C.
As CCO of Manoj Re, Lilian will be responsible for shaping and implementation of the Administration and Human Capital Governance framework, policies, processes and tools for the company.

Mr. Francis holds over 25 years of extensive and prominent experience in Finance, Accounting ,Taxation & Strategy in Insurance industry and with the strong ability to make tangible connection between business and its financial performance for effective decision making. He has sound knowledge in DFSA & Central Bank of UAE & FTA financial regulations.
He has worked with Several Insurance & Reinsurance organizations at the management level in in the UAE. He holds Master’s degree in Finance and Bachelor’s degree in commerce from India and currently perusing CMA (USA).
